Once upon a time, everyone learned to fly in a tailwheel airplane. It wasn’t until the 1950s that there was a shift to tricycle gear. The norm now is for everyone to get their tailwheel endorsement to fine tune their stick and rudder skills. Why not learn to fly conventional gear from the get-go? At Dragging Tails, that is exactly what we want to do. Whether you’re looking to learn how to fly, get your next rating or endorsement, or looking to shake the rust off, we can help get there. Endorsements
Do you already have your pilot’s license? Maybe you want to add on the coveted tailwheel endorsement? How about a high performance endorsement in a 230 HP taildragger? Before you call us, know that we won’t be pencil whipping an endorsement just to get a few dollars. When you leave our flight school, you’ll be able to fly those airplanes for what you are getting an endorsement for.
Flight Reviews
Every 24 calendar months, you’ll need a flight review to make sure you are safe and proficient to be able to continue acting as pilot-in-command. We would be glad to get this done for you.
